GE Power is a world leader in power generation, helping to make power more affordable, reliable, accessible and sustainable. Operating in the UK since the 1930s, GE has invested over £10 billion in UK business through acquisitions since 2002. GE now has more than 45 locations in the UK, including 25 manufacturing facilities.

Rubb successfully manufactured, supplied and built three THA fabric structures in record time. The fabric shelters measure 12m wide x 12m long and are covered with white flame retardant PVC fabric. The shelters include a 3.4m wide x 3.5m high, standard folding door in the front gable.

The Rubb THA structures are made from a steel framework which is hot dip galvanized, to protect it against corrosion. The covering membrane is fabricated from high tenacity PVC polyester fabric, which is tensioned over the frame.

The three GE Power storage shelters are clad in all white translucent PVC which creates a naturally bright internal working environment, saving on lighting costs. THA fabric shelters are liftable, moveable and extendable - the ideal answer to ever changing logistical needs.
