Rubb has the expertise and facilities to custom-make an extensive range of military hangars and sunshades to individual specifications.
The backbone of Rubb's EFASS is a well-engineered aluminium framing system. The 6082 T6 structural aluminium is anodised black and connecting steel components are hot-dip galvanized to protect them from corrosion.
Rubb only use high quality tested fabric membrane from a reputable manufacturer. The fabric’s tensile strength, elongation, tearing strength, bursting strength coating adhesion and resistance to flexing has been tested according to a number of European standards including BS 3424. The fabric is flame retardant and self-extinguishing to BS 5438 Test 2B and BS 7157. All our fabric membranes come with a 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee against defects.
Rubb offers a variety of hangar doors. They can be selected and designed to suit many size and opening requirements. This flexibility ensures that our clients get the best option to suit their operational needs.
Rubb can supply and install lighting and heating packages to suit individual requirements. For example: provision of a mains distribution panel; main LED lighting, 150-250 lux; emergency exit lighting; electrical sockets; earthing of structure.
The integral roof mounted crane system provides clients with the facility to maintain vehicles and aircraft. The crane provides optimal operational capability (1000kg, 1500kg and 2000kg SWLs available).
All shelters are easy to erect by either your own labour force, by a Rubb construction team or by using a Rubb adviser together with your own labour. Rubb fabric shelters can be quickly designed, manufactured and constructed to suit clients’ needs, available space and site restrictions.
All Rubb structures are available to buy outright or rent through Renthall UK, Rubb Building Ltd’s affiliate company. To learn more, contact your Rubb sales representative or Renthall UK directly with your Rubb quotation number.
