RAF Kinloss Nimrod Hangar

The solution Rubb came up with to house the UK Royal Air Force’s Nimrod MRA4 aircraft is a custom designed Rubb aircraft hangar.

This large RAF hangar features a span of 48.5m and measures 45m in length. It is fully relocatable should the need arise.

The BAE Systems Nimrod MRA4 aeroplane is capable of operating in a variety of roles including communications and surveillance support to ground forces; maritime reconnaissance; anti-submarine warfare and search and rescue.
