FAQ

Our hot-dip galvanised steel frames last in excess of 30 years. The quality fabric has a life expectancy of up to 25 years depending on environmental conditions.

We offer a 25-year steel and 10-year single-skin PVC warranty.

Yes. Rubb MRO hangars can be relocated, expanded, or dismantled to adapt to changing logistical needs.

Rubb MRO hangars can exceed spans of 100m. Due to their modular design, they can reach any length.

MRO hangars typically require a custom-designed vertical lifting or sliding door. Our hangar doors are supplied by ASSA ABLOY Megadoor and Jewers Doors, chosen for their high performance and maintenance options.

ICAO Codes classify aircraft hangar and runway requirements based on aircraft size:

  • Code C: Aircraft with wingspans between 24m and 36m, such as the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.
  • Code D: Aircraft with wingspans between 36m and 52m, including the Boeing 757 and 767.

Code C and Code D hangars are designed to accommodate:

  • Narrow-body aircraft: Boeing 737, Airbus A320
  • Medium-sized aircraft: Boeing 757, Boeing 767
