Rubb UK is a trusted supplier of building solutions for the energy sector, providing bespoke storage facilities for offshore industries, subsea engineering, oil and gas operations, mining, nuclear decommissioning and remediation and other structures to support many energy organisations. The unique flexibility and durability of Rubb fabric energy structures helps enhance working environments, protect operations from the elements and provide alternative warehousing and fabrication options during outage to minimise downtime. Energy support facilities can be rapidly constructed, dismantled, stored and relocated as required.

Customisable features

Energy warehousing & processing facilities can accommodate all types of door, ventilation and other systems and safely support high loads imposed by overhead cranes, ceiling-mounted HVAC and fire-suppression systems, fall-protection equipment and other superimposed loads.

Our high-quality membrane materials and post-production galvanized welded frames deliver durability over time, making the cost of maintaining a Rubb energy support facility more economical compared to conventional structures.

Energy-efficient roof membranes

Translucent membranes allow natural daylight to illuminate the energy equipment storage space while the white roof surface reflects heat. Optional Thermohall® insulation minimises heat transfer, prevents condensation and virtually eliminates thermal bridging and air infiltration.

Rapid construction, installation and relocation

Rubb energy industry support warehouses can rapidly designed, manufactured and constructed due to module pre-fabrication. Rubb can provide site supervisors or fully dedicated construction teams to complete any custom project.

Energy Structure Types

Rubb can provide custom designed building types in a variety of configurations and sizes to suit your energy operations.

Rubb BVR Structure


The BVR features rectangular leg and roof box sections. This takes up less space and provides more overall internal clearance. This design is a popular choice for bulk storage buildings.

Rubb BVE Structure type


BVE structures feature lattice frame sidewalls and can be designed with single or multiple lattice roof pitches. Span widths start from 20m to 40m, by any length.

Rubb BVC Structure Type


The BVC is designed with a vertical column leg and a lattice frame roof. This structure type offers a large clear internal area. 40m to 100m width spans are available.

Rubb BVL Structure Type


The BVL type structure has vertical lattice frame sidewalls and single or multiple lattice roof pitches per span. Large spans start from 40m to 100m in width, by any length.
