A Rubb Service Technician will travel to your location in response to either an emergency service requirement or as part of a pre-arranged visit.
Rubb offers a very popular responsive care programme where clients can request a service site visit and inspection. Our Service personnel will present you with a detailed inspection report with short and long-term maintenance options for your building. At Rubb we understand the importance of protecting your investment.
Rubb is committed to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. We will provide a thorough assessment and honest appraisal of the structure and make reliable recommendations for any work to be completed.
Rates for travel, site time and equipment needs will be discussed and agreed prior to the inspection.

Health and safety matters
What is a recommended maintenance requirement?
These are maintenance activities that we recommend for your building based upon Rubb quality standards and approved code of practices relating to various Health and Safety legislation.
To maintain our integrity and duty of care as the supplier of our products, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HASAWA74), we will provide recommendations regarding items that require immediate attention and rectification, if and where necessary. This will assist our clients to fulfil their own obligations as employers, or custodians of property, ensuring compliance with the various H&S Legislation, including HASAWA74, and Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 (Workplace Regs).
