To maintain our integrity and duty of care as the supplier of our products, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HASAWA74), we will provide recommendations regarding items that require immediate attention and rectification, if and where necessary.
This will assist our clients to fulfil their own obligations as employers, or custodians of property, ensuring compliance with the various H&S Legislation, including HASAWA74, and Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 (Workplace Regs).
